Kira has sung as a background vocalist for various artists, including 88 Rising artists NIKI and Ylona Garcia.
Formed at Los Angeles College of Music, Kira & The Major 3 are an LA-based jazz quartet (vocals, guitar, bass, drums) who perform a variety of American jazz standards and world music standards. They have performed all over the LA area at venues such as Pasadena Summer Jazz Concert Series, Pasadena Playhouse, Pasadena ARTwalk, Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood & Highland), The Dresden, and Castle Green. PHNX Wing Entertainment is an LA-based a cappella and entertainment company. They have a variety of a cappella groups for any event, including Jingle 5 (holiday), Deadbeats (Halloween), and Vox Harmonix (Top 40). Their holiday group, Jingle 5, has recently been featured in two Burger King commercials, as well as The Christmas Caroler Challenge on The CW.
After taking a break from songwriting to pursue her career as a freelance vocalist, Kira wrote, produced, and released Star Anise (EP) - a collection of 4 brand new songs. She recorded them all in her home studio as well as performing all vocals, background vocals, and guitar parts. Two of the songs feature Jennifer Condos and Jay Bellerose on bass and drums.
Jam with Jamie is a nationwide children’s entertainment company specializing in music for birthday parties, events, public and private classes/playgroups and preschool music education. Kira performs and teaches regularly as part of Jam With Jamie's LA chapter.
The Satin Dollz, a stunning ensemble of singing, tap dancing, and downright charming ladies, have delighted audiences young and old, stateside and overseas, with their blended vocal harmonies, high energy tap dancing, sparkling charisma and stunning beauty wrapped up in a retro bow.
The Satin Dollz frequently sing on BBC Radio to its 20 million listeners and always enjoy entertaining veterans in the US as well as overseas. Jazz residencies have included Los Angeles' famous Cicada Club with Dean Mora's Swing Orchestra, the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, and at the Jazz Cave in St. Julien's Bay on the island of Malta. Other notable appearances have included Battle of the Big Bands California Tour sharing the stage with 30 big band musicians, at the famed Swing 46 in New York with the George Gee 17 pc Orchestra, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Royal Chelsea Flower Show and as return headliners for the ever popular bi-annual 1940s Ball in Denver, CO with the World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra and for Los Angeles' annual Fleet Week.
