DTLA, The Oaks Club at Valencia, and Paseo Club.  In December of 2020, Kira released Star Anise (EP), a collection of four original songs she wrote and produced herself, currently available on all streaming platforms.  Starting in the spring of 2022, she became the new Vocal Director of the Silverlake Children's Theater Group.

Kira has been singing and playing guitar since the age of ten.  She first began expanding her knowledge of music with the help of the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a local non-profit music school (co-founded by bassist Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers).  Starting off as a camper at their summer music camps, she has since continued to work with them for several years as a teacher's assistant for their music classes, summer camps, and choir ensembles.  Kira's time at Hollywood High School also helped her find the inspiration to pursue a career in music.  She sung with her school's classical and show choirs along with performing in various musical theatre productions.  Around this time, she also began writing songs and performing acoustic shows at local venues such as the House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, and The Nerdist Showroom, along with recording and releasing her debut EP 'Progressions' in March of 2014.

After Kira graduated from Hollywood High School, she began her first year at Los Angeles College of Music in 2014 as a vocal performance major, where she had the honor of studying various genres of singing with talented voice teachers such as Tierney Sutton, Kacee Clanton, Carol Weslman, and Sara Leib.  As a student, she continued to perform as a singer/songwriter at local venues such as Republic of Pie, Room 5 Lounge, Boardner's Hollywood, Kulak’s Woodshed, The Grafton (Bar 20), The Dresden, and The Coffee Gallery.  Later, she would go on to form her new jazz group Kira & The Major 3, who have gone on to perform at venues and events such as the Pasadena Summer Jazz Concert Series, Pasadena Playhouse, Pasadena ARTwalk, The Dresden, Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood & Highland), and Castle Green.  And, in 2017, she was selected out of college students all over the country to be one of the top 4 finalists in Grammy U's 2017 Rock the Mic showcase at the Ivar Theater.

Kira graduated as Valedictorian from Los Angeles College of Music in 2018 and has since been focusing on her career as a freelance vocalist and performer.  She spent the year of 2022 performing and touring with the artist/band Rex & The Rhythm who have performed locally in LA as well as internationally at the Hennessy Artistry Festival in Barbados.  She has joined and performed with established companies such as Sunset Singers, PHNX Wing Entertainment (which includes groups such as Jingle 5 and The Holly Belles), The Satin Dollz and The Goode Time Carolers.  She also regularly performs and teaches as a singer/guitarist with the nationwide children's entertainment company, Jam With Jamie.  And, in her spare time, Kira also writes and performs her own original songs (her most recent original music release is Star Anise - EP).
